Apple has released a new beta of iOS 4.3 beta that covers iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch to developers. The most interesting inclusion in iOS 4.3 beta is the third-party access to AirPlay, the much publicized feature introduced in iOS 4.2. The AirPlay support on iOS devices was otill now only available to a few of Apple’s built-in apps like Safari and YouTube. With iOS 4.3, iPhone app developers will be able to connect AirPlay in their own apps.

iOS 4.3 beta also present developers with a set of fresh multitouch gestures that could significantly improve interface on the iPad. This will allow the iPad to recognize four- and five-finger gestures. The beta also includes full-screen iAd banners on the iPad and HTTP Live Streaming Statistics for monitoring viewers’ interaction with streaming content. The iOS also presents an option to return the hardware orientation lock.

The iOS beta is currently available for download to only registered apple developers. New developers would need a membership to download and test the beta.
